How to Cookhow to luto
1Boil the pig's face until very tender. This is super important, 'diba? Para super lambot!
2Once cool enough to handle, finely chop the pig's face. Make sure to remove any bones. Ang sosyal naman ng chopping skills natin!
3In a hot pan or kawali, sauté the onions until translucent. Don't burn them, ha! As in, don't be a fire hazard.
4Add the chopped pig's face and chili peppers. Cook until slightly crispy. I mean, crispy pero not burnt, okay?
5Season with soy sauce, calamansi juice, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. As in, ang sarap!
6Serve hot, ideally in a sizzling plate. Para bongga!
