1Boil water in a large pot. Add tomatoes and onions, simmer for 5 minutes.
2Add tamarind paste and fish sauce. Stir well.
3Add radish and green chili, cook for 5 minutes.
4Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until pink.
5Add kangkong and simmer for 2 minutes.
6Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately.
Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender. Add them last and cook just until pink.
