1Pat the bangus dry with paper towels. Super importante 'to para maging extra crispy, girl!
2In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Season the bangus generously with salt and pepper.
3Dredge the bangus in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Wag magtipid sa flour ha! Para bongga ang crispiness!
4Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying, bes! Para hindi ma-absorb ng isda ang oil.
5Carefully place the bangus in the hot oil. Fry for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Flipping is key, pero wag masyadong madalas para hindi masira ang crispiness!
6Remove the bangus from the pan and place it on a wire rack to drain excess oil. Let it cool down slightly before serving.
Tipstips

For extra crispy bangus, you can double-fry it! Just fry it once, then let it rest for a bit, then fry it again for a few more minutes. Charot! Ang sosyal naman nun. Pero seriously, pat it dry super well!
