1Rinse the chicken and pat it dry. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, onions, and ginger inside and out. Make sure to rub it in well, bes! Para masarap!
2Roast the chicken in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour, or until cooked through. You can baste it with some chicken drippings every 15 minutes para extra juicy!
3Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving. Serve with rice and your favorite sawsawan, of course!
