1Marinate pork belly in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, peppercorns, and salt for at least 4 hours, or overnight in the ref, para extra flavor, charot!
2Heat cooking oil in a heavy-bottomed pot. Make sure it’s super hot, pero hindi naman sunog, okay? Fry pork belly in batches until golden brown and crispy. Wag masyadong siksikan, ha? Para crispy talaga!
3Remove from pot and drain on paper towels. Serve hot, with extra rice, syempre!
