1In a glass or ceramic bowl (avoid metal!), combine the sliced salmon, calamansi juice, red onion, ginger, siling labuyo, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to ensure the salmon is evenly coated.
2Marinate for at least 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator. The longer it marinates, the more the flavors meld, pero wag naman sobra, baka matunaw na ang salmon mo! Charot!
3Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more calamansi for extra tang, or more siling labuyo for that extra kick! Super sosyal, diba?
4Garnish with thinly sliced spring onions, if using. Serve immediately and enjoy!
