1Heat oil in a large pot. Brown goat meat in batches.
2Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
3Return meat to pot. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
4Add tomato sauce, beef broth, and bay leaves.
5Bring to boil, then simmer covered for 2 hours until meat is tender.
6Stir in liver spread and mix well.
7Add potatoes and carrots, cook for 15 minutes.
8Add bell peppers and olives, simmer for 5 minutes.
9Stir in cheese and simmer until melted. Serve with rice.
Liver spread adds richness to the sauce. You can substitute goat with beef if not available.
