3Add the chopped pechay and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until slightly wilted. 'Yung medyo malata lang, ha? Para hindi matigas!
4Pour in the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well. 'Yung maayos, ha? Para pantay 'yung lasa!
5Season with salt and pepper to taste. 'Yung perfect 'yung timpla, ha? Para masarap!
6Stir-fry for another minute or two, until the pechay is cooked through but still slightly crisp. 'Yung medyo crunchy pa, ha? Para mas masarap!
Para mas sosyal, add a dash of sesame oil before serving. Charot! Pero seriously, adjust the amount of oyster sauce and soy sauce to your liking. Don't be shy to experiment!
