1Sauté garlic and onion in oil until fragrant. Add a pinch of salt while sautéing to bring out their flavor.
2Add ground pork and cook until it turns light brown and oil starts to come out.
3Mix in tomato paste and cook for about 2 minutes to remove the raw taste.
4Add soy sauce, Knorr seasoning, and water. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
5Add potatoes and carrots, then cover and cook until tender (about 8–10 minutes).
6Gently add the quail eggs, mix lightly, and simmer for 1–2 more minutes — or set aside the eggs until ready to serve to help prevent spoilage.
7Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or more Knorr if needed.
