1Sauté garlic and onion in oil until fragrant.
2Add the pork and cook until light brown and fat starts to render.
3Pour in half of the coconut cream plus 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 10–15 minutes or until pork is tender.
4Add kalabasa and cook for 7 minutes or until half-cooked.
5Add sitaw and the remaining coconut cream, then simmer until veggies are tender and sauce thickens.
6Season with salt & pepper.
