Ginataang Kalabasa with Pork and Sitaw

Tender pork, sweet kalabasa, and crisp sitaw simmered in rich coconut milk.

How to Cookhow to luto
1Sauté garlic and onion in oil until fragrant.
2Add the pork and cook until light brown and fat starts to render.
3Pour in half of the coconut cream plus 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 10–15 minutes or until pork is tender.
4Add kalabasa and cook for 7 minutes or until half-cooked.
5Add sitaw and the remaining coconut cream, then simmer until veggies are tender and sauce thickens.
6Season with salt & pepper.
