How to Cookhow to luto
1Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
2Add the pork and cook until browned. Don't overcook bes, baka maging rubbery!
3Add the potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, then add the carrots and sayote. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well, then add the cabbage and snap peas. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp but still have a little bite. Charot, wag naman masyadong crunchy ha.
5Slowly pour in the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Season with pepper to taste.
